Hello, I’m Ashley Zachary. I am high school senior, a musician, a song writer, teacher, a horse lover, and a proud Chapel Hill, North Carolina resident. In America, we face many challenges, but none more important than helping children fulfill their dreams. The drop-out rate in some schools is as high as 50 percent. Possibly many of these children drop out because they feel that no one cares. I believe that education is the best way to instill the belief in these beautiful children that they matter to all of us. I know how my horse, all horses make me feel inside. It’s a fact that children's attention spans are increased when animals are used to aid teaching.

Join with us on May 2 & 3, 2008 at the Hunt Complex at 7 PM on the grounds of the North Carolina State Fair to watch “A Night of Amazing Horses” the children’s show staring Tommie Turvey and me, Ashley Zachary. Come see national award winning Native American dancer John Laughingwolf and Blade, the real mustang, who starred in “Witless Protection” with Larry the Cable Guy. Horses help children to dream!
Tommie Turvey the Equine Extremist will be at the Raleigh Horse Show
